Which data we process
We process your personal data because you use our services or because you have provided them to us. This concerns:
- First and last name
- Address details
- Phone number

- Booking details (dates, type of accommodation, number of guests)
We do not knowingly process special categories of personal data. Our website is not intended for visitors under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor without consent, please let us know at info@ijsselhoeve.nu and we will delete them.
Purpose of the processing

- Handle your booking and payment.
- Contact you when needed to carry out our services.
- Meet legal obligations (such as our administration and tax returns).
We do not take decisions based on automated processing that have a noticeable impact on you. All decisions are made by people.
Bookings via Recranet
The online booking flow on this website runs on Recranet. Recranet processes your name, address, contact details and payment details to register your reservation. Recranet’s servers comply with the PCI Data Security Standard, the security level required for handling payments and credit card details over the internet.
Cookies
This website only uses functional cookies that are needed for the site to work properly (such as remembering your language choice). We do not set analytical or marketing cookies ourselves.
A few components on the site come from third parties and may set cookies of their own:
- Recranet (the booking widget on the reservation page) uses cookies to remember your booking process.
- Google Maps (the map on the contact page) may place cookies as soon as you load the map.
You can always refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings.
Retention period
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Booking and payment details are kept at least for the period required by the Dutch tax authorities (seven years).
Sharing with others
We only share your data with others if necessary to deliver our services to you (for example with Recranet for your booking) or if we are required to do so by law. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or have your personal data deleted. You can also withdraw any consent previously given or object to the processing. In addition, you have the right to data portability: on request we will send your data in a file to you or to a party you specify.
Send a request to info@ijsselhoeve.nu. To prevent misuse we will ask you to confirm your request, for example via the email address we hold on file. We respond within four weeks.
Disagree with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
